Carmax over-bought at the top of the market and is refusing to take a loss because they'd go bankrupt.

I found 2, 2023 options sub-2500 miles that are Premium package. $25k and $28k. It's a 500-mile search from my zip, one in Plano and one in Houston.
I imagine $38k is being VERY generous for that car. Cars.com (where both are listed) has this tidbit: Avg. market price $28,226
