The SoLou burger is one of the top 5 burgers I've eaten in my life. I had to go back to have it again just to confirm my original impression.

SoLou custom blend, candied bacon jam, white cheddar, fried onion rings, truffle aioli, mayhaw BBQ sauce, sourdough bun, served with fries and housemade smoked ketchup."

Forgot about SoLou as it's more upscale than most places mentioned here - that burger is amazing

i had one from there, nuot sure if it was that one... it was ok....
IMO all that fluff should not be taken into consideration.....
Put the patty on the bun with what ever condiment you want and that should be the even playing field.
Which makes Riverside being the best, amazing because they you mass produced sesame seed bun from the grocery store.
One place the closed down which was a top BR burger was Driftwood downtown.
