If you would have told me a week ago that Georgiev would only allow 1 goal to Dallas in 3 periods I'd say Avs win going away
It's also crazy to see the difference in playoff v regular season for teams that play frequently. Scores from regular season were 6-3, 5-4, 5-1, 4-7. Very wide open - hence why I figured this series would favor Colorado. Not much like that in real life.
Avs have played very well this game but not capitalized on chances. Stars may have a few more shots, but Avs had the more dangerous scoring opportunities and failed - which makes me nervous.
I'm just frustrated that it took being down 3-1 to get one (and now two) complete games from this team. Dallas as a team is so good and deep that they don't need to play outstandingly well, just solid, to win and they have done that.
