I think they should hire as many black head coaches as they can.
Honestly, I'd hire Orgeron. I know he's a moron, but he could recruit for 3-5 years, then you fire him and bring in a real coach to coach the talent.

Don't believe that I am reading this race bunk. How do you even know that anyone of color would want to coach at MsSt? They tried it and it did NOT work. They need to think about getting some winners in there. With Ole Miss and SoMs getting hot, new coaches it puts the pressure on MsSt. Jeff Bowers would be a really good choice.
