The case that is still out there is a Texas state law case. Completely different law. The venue has been transferred 4 times. Both sides venue shopping. Paxton finally got home court advantage.

Still, he doesn't seem very interested in going to court for such an innocent man.

So you have no objections to a Biden impeachment? So he can prove his innocence?
