Again, half right. It’s both. Although “ stopping upward class mobility “ is actually evil and the creation of an elite Ruling Class is just annoying . Both can and will destabilize a society. We are beginning to see it here in America, wouldn’t you say ? Too big to fail while small businessmen like me get bent over by the taxman? Black Democrat ladies showing up at my doorstep to inspect documents?
