We are losing a good group of talent. Not too sure about that for next year. I'm just keeping my expectations at a reasonable level for next year, and planning on the year after that for a run. I think if Les makes the changes he needs to make, dumps these DCs, goes out and gets an aggressive Defensive coach who coaches his players to attack and play smart, not all this soft zone crap, and works with the Offensive line in blocking, gets the QBs to improve, and most importantly eliminates all these undisciplined mistakes leading to ridiculous penalties, we can go 8-9 wins on the year and if we play the losses close, and are competitive I will be happy.
