Sort of. USL is its own professional league. MLS clubs used to own USL clubs in a major/minor league type relationship but I believe the MLS is developing their own minor league/feeder clubs. USL competes alongside MLS, just doesn’t have the big money or names. It’s a good league though and I’m pumped to get a team in the city. I think the city would embrace it.
