As discussed in the other thread, this is big for the city. That piece of land has been long overdue for something like this.

And while the area around there has come a long ways in gentrification in the last 10 years, this should really help with the little blocks around that still have the turd old family houses and section 8.
The projects(as they will always be known to me) aren't really an issue. They seem to keep them up well and kick out troublemakers.
