Lawn Questions - Bermuda/PRG

The bermuda, assuming common, started sprouting up earlier this summer so I've watered, fertilized (once), spot sprayed VBW, and manually removed a good bit of carpet grass and replaced with dirt - Added 3 yards of river silt as well as about 16 bags total of topsoil and sand.
QUESTION(S):
Will PRG grow on the river silt to the right?
I plan on scalping everything in about a month and throwing down the PRG.
Should the Bermuda continue to take over the bare spots next spring? I've begun sprigging and plan to spread some humic dg and apply pre emergent in late December and again in early March.
I know there is a lot here. Thanks for any help!

I'm assuming you want to put down rye so you don't have mud pits all winter? If that is the case then go for it. If that isn't the reason then I wouldn't do it. Let the bermuda go dormant and then give it its best shot to spread next spring.

Damn!
I’m just being impatient.
I just really wanted a nice lawn for once!
I guess I can wait until next fall, and go ahead with the Lesco 0-0-7 soon.
Will my bag of Groundworks PRG seed be good a year from now?

Yes, I use leftovers from year to year. Store it where the rats can't get it.
