Couldn't agree more. I work for a company that is unionized locally except for management, etc. Another facility in STL isn't, and the same position I'm in pays about $12 hour more. It definitely protects employees who aren't worth a f***, and there are plenty of them. Plus, the union "steward" is a total knucklehead. Never regretted joining that crap. Too much of a money racket.
