This would be my #1 reason for keeping a membership. I've gotten help on AA and DL in the clubs that would've taken hours to get fixed in a regular line. But is that worth the credit card spend limit per year? That's for each individual to decide. Also, if your flights are constantly delayed or cancelled it may be time to find another airline with better operations to your destinations
