This appears to be a rehash of the same meme from 2021. Ballot images are taken during scanning and supposed to be preserved. Some precincts didn't do that properly. If I recall the number was far more than this and impacted both Republican and Democrat counties

The original paper ballots however are preserved and were used during the two subsequent recounts in Georgia.

Those were not even close to being legit RLA's, even according to the man that created the RLA. Those recounts were rife with issues & were conducted without observers. Cobb county was the only one that came close to an actual audit, but after 3 failed attempts to get the results to coincide using Dominion machines they refused to use those results & did a hand recount, which is basically worthless. Any "audits" in GA were complete garbage.
