1) Yes. Just be nice and 95% of other people will be nice back.
2) There should be plenty of free parking near Dalrymple if you arrive early enough in the day (before 10am). You will not want to walk to Walkons and back though. That will be a long walk. Chimes will be great and the original Raising Canes is next to it.
3) I'm not sure how authentic the food trucks are around the PMAC, maybe they are, but I've never eaten at them. You will likely be invited into tailgates for drinks and food.
4) The drunk college kids will be on the north side of the Parade Ground. Stick to the south side and you'll be fine.
