I hope it is not with AWS/Amazon. They are finding a slick way to let go off people by changing their work to Hybrid. IF you cannot come to office 3 days a week, you self fore yourself.
This has become a thing with lot of tech companies wanting to trim the workforce. They are enforcing hybrid. Please make sure that won't happen with your job

I feel like the things you're looking for can be found in a ton of different places. A good way to narrow it down would be by what kind of weather you're looking to experience. How do you feel about winter? You like snow? You like desert, mountains, or beach?
