I think others have touched on it. Be careful that you don't put yourself in a position where if you lose this job, you are in a place with no viable options outside of relocating.
As much as I despise "Atlanta," I at least know that there is opportunity in the area if something changes.

If I stay where I am I would be in the same position. The physical job/location is going away.
However, as mentioned, being near a physical location (just in case) is a plus.
