Boiled crawfish is overrated as a food. It’s a beer drinking food. Same thing with blue crab boil. The juice is not worth the squeeze.
If somebody wants to do a good ettoufee or some good crab claws I’m in.

It takes about 3 seconds to eat one crawfish. You don't actually have to peel the first ring on the tail.
