Sounds like you’re just anti Calvary. You really think a kid failing in public school and making all A’s at Calvary is common? That’s an exaggeration for sure. Maybe the teachers and environment are better at Calvary. All public school people like to rag on the education at privates. I can name plenty of my kids friends that came from schools like Byrd etc that couldn’t hack it in college. Yet the enrollment at Calvary continues to climb. Waiting lists in many grades. Is Calvary an academic juggernaut? No, but it’s not much different than the publics for sure.

all this school comparing... but..... a real true measure is how many they send to the "academies"... forget athletics but when you teach the real right stuff - you have kids end up there. just sayin'....

Enrollment climbs because of sports and people are tired of the BS at public schools. I love Calvary but it’s well well below average academically. That’s a fact. Their math in 7th grade is what other kids do in 5th. How do I know? We went there.
