Or visited the place. Its not like it was overcrowded/being gentrified to begin with. And a hurricane wind driven fire exposing the lack of emergency services doesnt exactly scream COME MOVE INTO OUR NEWLY BUILT HIGH RISE AND LIVE AMOUNGST PEOPLE WHO HATE YOU BEING HERE
