What is the best service to use?
Reddit seems to suggest https://www.truthfinder.com/ but that might all be astroturfing.
Who do you use to vet tenants, other folks you might need history on?
Looking for info on: credit history, employment history, civil suits, criminal suits, arrests, marriages/divorces, etc

We use Disa
It’s a background check / drug testing service that a lot of plants require for contractors
Not sure if it would be applicable for tenants but it’s not expensive & customer service is helpful
