If you can get one in GB! They ration care pretty extensively. Great to say that you only have to pay $100 for an MRI, but if it takes years to get one (if they decide to let you get one), are you really better off?

All you need to know about England’s “free” health care system is that they still have private practice health care. It’s “free” but there’s still a market for people who choose to pay out of their own pocket, and that doesn’t take into account medical tourism where they go abroad to get procedures done.
