You want a massive civil rights suit against Colorado for disenfrancising voters, This is how you get it.
For that matter we may very well get to see something VERY interesting. A total boycott of a state. Anheuser Busch fricked around and found out, what if there is a total boycott of the state of Colorado?
Truckers refuse to deliver loads there. No one does any business with or buys anything from companies based there. Conservative people don't go there or take vacations there. Not one dime for them.
Let's see just how much economic power we really do have.

If the plaintiffs prevail, they will be complying with a final court judgment.
If you think that Colorado will face liability in your hypothetical civil rights lawsuit for complying with a judge’s ruling, you are frankly insane.
