I used to see Jacks a lot up and down the Causeway during summer around 5 yrs ago or so. Then they weren't there presumably due to river flood stages and spillway openings. Sounds like they're back now. I see big schools of some type of bait fish right off the bridge. I guess they're mullet or pogies?
