directv Stream. i usually get 600mbps down, so it's not an internet issue
i was gonna post this when watching the OSU game yesterday, but i was lazy. never saw during the UM/ECU game (peacock) nor did it happen during the PSU/WVU game on NBC.

FWIW I'm watching on YubeTubeTV and it looks fine. Their free trial is 21 days.
Didn't follow through w/ canceling Spectrum b/c they don't credit you w/the rest of the month so I can wait a little longer to decide. Not looking good for keeping them though.
