I can see both sides of this argument. I do tend to lean more towards your side. Finish these frickers off and let them know that we aren't afraid of playing them anymore (that was quashed in '21 anyway), especially out there.

Case in point about Dodgers fans: I like listening to podcasts from other teams when the Braves are playing them because I enjoy other people's perspectives who don't get to nitpick every tiny flaw.
There's an LA sports radio host named Fred Roggin who was absolutely trashing the Braves on his radio show with Rodney Peete yesterday. He was mocking the Braves (Roggin: "Oooooh, the big bad Bwaves are coming to town." I spelled Braves the way he pronounced it) and repeatedly said that the Dodgers' comeback (which fell short and they still lost) on Thursday night proved to him that they are better than the Braves. Every time Ronald Acuna's name was brought up, he made it a point to mention that Mookie is better and Mookie would have caught that home run ball that Ronald almost had Thursday. He also mocked Acuna for getting married to keep his wife's visa from expiring (Roggin: "Really? They just figured this out?").
frick him, frick the Dodgers, and frick LA sports fans. He's pretty typical of that pile of shite out there.
