Update: haven't blown up yet.
Cooked this on it
One of the eggs slightly stuck, but I think I didn't let it preheat enough and it's one of the first cooks after seasoning.
You can fit about 5-6 pieces of bacon and 3 eggs over easy on one side, for reference.
