Really? What if he were prosecuting people who drove from Alabama to Colorado to smoke weed? Or a New York A.G. prosecuting a New Yorker who went to Kentucky to shoot machine guns?

Who is Marshall prosecuting, genius? Maybe ask Pretend Counsel Hank. See if he knows.

THIS is what they don't see. This backdoor will all but eliminate the 2nd Amendment, too.
