lol....that's not what's happening......they are not prosecuting the people doing it....they are going to do something legal in an other state....they are prosecuting Alabama business helping/paying for them to go do those things that are illegal in their state.
And maybe even the individual who sold the ticket or even the owner of the location where they load the bus (the local mall?).

This is the analogy that should connect with most people. The rest are likely unconcerned by the absurdity because of the significant moral aspect of abortion.
People "conspire" to do all sorts of things that are illegal in their state but legal in others. Alabama baws planning certain types of hunting trips in another state might need to reflect before celebrating this.
