I use the Nutricost Boron, take 10mg daily, 5mg in morning, 5mg with evening meal. I started taking it to support testosterone levels. I have only had my Test measured twice(both depressingly low, 329, and then a month later to verify was 273), never had a free T level drawn, so I have no idea what those levels are or how boron effected it. I added it to my regimen after doing research on it, and in my personal experience since using it I'll say it has produced the most dramatic "results" of any supplement I currently take.
From probably late 20's to mid 30's, my legs went from hairy to almost hairless, but I didn't notice it while it was happening.
I did not start taking boron to re-grow hair on my legs, but it has done it. Big fricking time. I feel like I'm going through puberty again, or slowly turning into a werewolf. So, whatever is in that brand of boron, it definitely does something. I need to get my T levels checked for real again, including a Free T(as well as all the other jazz). It's an encouraging sign to me because either my T is higher or I'm becoming a werewolf, both of which are awesome.
ETA: I did not originally intend to buy the Nutricost brand, something was up with the NOW foods brand(out of stock, I don't recall now). NOW foods is my go to brand for most supplements, but I also trust Nutricost as well.
