What's the fat to lean mass breakdown??
Well, if it curbs the appetite and boosts metabolism, then a good portion of it is muscle loss.
Just like you cannot target where you are losing fat when dieting/training, these drugs don't discriminate between fat/lean mass.

FTR none of these drugs boost metabolism

correct
as far as the ratio....that all depends on the person taking it
if you eat very little protein and do not lift weights....the ratio skews to 50/50 or even up to 60% of loss from lean mass in the 60+ crowd which is fricking insane. Those are for people eating less than 1200 calories
for those prioritizing protein, lifting progressively it was like 8:2 even 9:1 bodyfat to muscle loss. which is in line with what we usually see from those that arent taking the medicine
sleep is the biggest overlooked factor too in these things. talking 50% difference in body fat loss when sleep is cut from 8 hours to 6 hours.
so ratios are individualistic but seems if you try and stay on the same lifestyle you had before with shitty diet consisting of processed fatty/sugary foods...gonna just be skinny fat with lots of excess skin
FTR imo a ghrh/ghrp combo should be prescribed with these things to help skin elasticity and fat loss. All patients should be referred to a nutrition/lifting coach and insurance should require compliance to cover it. but thats asking way too much.
