If you add up how many times they recommend getting each vaccine by the age of 18, it is a LOT. 18 alone come from the flu shot.

This is correct. It is the number of doses taken not the number of different vaccines. If you count annual Covid shots, which you know good and damn well they will be recommended, the number comes out to 72. The number of doses is 26 by 18 months of age.
