we have our big receivers already in Thomas and Perry... and it's being proven that WRs in today's league don't need to be 6'3", 220 lbs...
But if Shaheed is what the coaches have in mind for PR/KR (which I believe), you’d get more value out of Kirkwood for special teams/occasional substitutions to be a blocker on screens on the perimeter.

..and he can be used on the occasional trick play throwing down field.
