Well maybe not anybody.

But computer geeks will tell you that if you have physical possession of a machine you can eventually crack it. Assuming you are skilled.

Low bid government computing machines can most definitely be hacked by anybody.

If a skilled person has any kind of access, your tools will crack it inside of 5 minutes.
You can do whatever you want to it, and delete the evidence on your way out.

If you are a government employee - you already have the master key to the front door.
