SECOND: reduced flow toilets

Third: Exterior non-latex paint

Forth: too many to mention but treatments for real wood floors, and landscape timber that doesn't rot are in there.

All decisions made by people who have never worked but have received paychecks for nodding and agreeing with their bosses.

Let them all drive electric company/gov cars.

Then we'll turn our ceiling fans off and need to turn our A.C. down a lot and let them charge their cars off of cow farts.
