re: Trade skills are great jobs, but why aren't women being pushed there?

I used to work at a votech. The outdoor trades promoted to women ad nauseum. Welding instructor, "My best student is a woman." Maybe a handful joined but they wouldn't stop enrolling in medical trades. I wonder why
