I'm too old for that shite.
In my younger days, though, a guy tried to dine-and-dash. I just happened to be in the right spot at the right time, and stuck my leg out and tripped his arse. The restaurant manager who was chasing him then jump on the dumbass and pretty much sat on him until the police arrived. It was pretty funny.
