What makes you think you overpaid? If you get a club properly assembled that you confidently hit good shots with vs buying something off the rack and getting a custom shaft off the internet will it really be the same?

Honestly I priced the same setup out after I ordered from Club Champion.

I was just curious about what it would have costed for me to order it on my own.

CC:
Titleist tsr2 $599.00 head
Nemesys shaft $408.00 upcharge
Pured shaft $65.00
Grip $13.19
fitting $175-50% off with purchase

Total $1284.10 with tax

Same setup ordered from different places:
Titleist tsr2 $599.00 head
Nemesys shaft $265.00 shaft-pured included
Grip 10.18

total $957.23 with tax

There is a fitting charge included with CC that raises their price, if you remove that they are still a bit higher than ordering elsewhere.

I am all for ordering with the people that spend time fitting you, that is why I ordered from them. I enjoyed the experience and time they spent, it was well worth it and I don't mind paying extra for great service. Something that is lost in todays world.

I was just pointing out you can build the same setup and save a few bucks, if you want to go that route. Not a knock on CC at all. Golf is an expensive game
