I’d be fine sending them to the military but you have to have your GED right?
My county has a school just for the worst kids.
The problem is if the kids aren’t in school they are going to be breaking the law and going to jail. School is basically a last ditch effort to help these kids not be in jail.
I highly doubt a trouble maker is going to want to all of a sudden work a trades job. As much as people on TD think there’s great money in trades, for an 18 year old drop out they wouldn’t be making Jack shite, working a crappy job, doing the worst tasks, and working the worst hours. I don’t see how that’s going to motivate them?
