Time to buy bonds?

I’m pretty low on my allocation and now looks like a good time to get in. I realize rates could go up a bit, but I feel like we are near the top. I know, I know…timing the market, but this is a long term play and I feel like this is a great entry point to get my asset allocation back to where it should be.

IMO, it depends on the timeframe. It may be a good time to buy treasuries if you are looking at least 12-18 months out, …. but never fight the Fed.
Once the Fed pauses and then begins to implement rate cuts (and they will) … a solid treasury ETF ( e.g. TLT) will be a good place to be with relatively low risks.
Examine what happened to treasury yields in the 12 months following each of the prior Fed pauses when they subsequently began to cut rates following a recession …. just my dos centavos …

I agree, although somewhat depends on your age and how close to retirement. But bonds are starting to look good.
