No idea but for 1/6th the acreage as what I mentioned, I doubt it was more than the $5.4M mentioned.
Even at $10k per acre (3x per acre compared to the google search), the property would come out to less than the $5.4 quoted. So either way, less than $18k property tax per year

Most LNG companies aren't buying any land, it's a 99 year lease.
Sempra Global did purchase and also acquired an additional 6,000 ac for mitigation from two landowners. Both landowners made out like bandits on the sale.
