It’s why you give the ITEPs, double the amount at minimum in sales tax for a few years then have the long term property tax after it expires. Meaning the local government gets a lot more in taxes than if the project goes elsewhere.

WTF are you talking about?

I never told you to look local as there is nothing local that has capacity. I was simply pointing out that the purchases of major goods and materials will remit ZERO sales tax to your parish therefore the only sales tax you are collecting is on your temporary workers.
