Instead of blowing 600 million to capture air , then store it in the fricking ground the money should be spent on infrastructure . Including highways for materials & men to get to work. Presently the old Highway are 2 lanes

After the 10 year property tax exemption ends and this swell of revenue comes you can pay for the infrastructure.
Texas is smart, passing all their dirties to Louisiana. Louisiana seems to always be concerned in the short term instead of looking long.
