What? All I see is significant boomerang P&A activity related to the Fieldwood and Cox bankruptcies. The shelf, IMV, is a dead man walking.

of course the P&A is active after the bankruptcies are completed and the go forward strategies are put in place

recently there were two relatively large GOM Shelf RFPs sent out and a some of the RFPs was opening up shut in wells, stimulating them and producing them again. A small ray of light I guess

it has been a dead man walking for quite a while, with these oil prices the Shelf may get to walk a little bit further than expected

I would not be surprised if they were coming from GOM Shelf which is basically APA back on the shelf operating all the Fieldwood properties that boomeranged back to them from Fieldwood. Just a guess thought. It's a fricking mess out there right now. I, unfortunately, ended up with a front row seat, after having nothing to do with offshore for the last 15ish years.
