Most of the time, I would advise against using attorneys but if you are having "structural issues" and they are not addressing them then you may need to get one.
1 - I would send them a certified letter detailing the issues and the times you have attempted to contact them.
2 - If they dont respond in a timely fashion then I would get an attorney to send them a letter.
Looks like the have a Facebook and Linkedin page. I wouldn't bash them but maybe try to get in touch with them that way (maybe before you go the certified mail route).
