Sure. If someone makes a colossal mistake and does something terrible like Ruggs did, they can either just give up or they can try to change themselves and do something positive.

What does that mean?

Maybe get involved in prison ministry or when that person gets out of prison maybe they can start speaking to young people about the damage that doing something like this can cause. Nothing can ever undo or make up for the damage caused, but that doesn’t mean someone like Henry Ruggs can’t use his situation to try to do something good.
