Except there are laws in place that determine this.

Except I already discussed that, but people are just reading what they want to read, I guess


I also said in the line you quoted that it was "in my opinion" so rather clearly not what the law states, so not really sure what you're getting at there, it's not relevant at all to what I said.

3-10 years is quite a large range for penalty.

What determines if someone gets 3 years or 10 years?

I'm sure it comes down to the facts of the case. This fuy get all fricked up and drives 150mph recklessly, and kills somebody due to his own actions and behavior...

How is that not evidence for the maximum penalty of 10 years?
