Maybe it is just me but 156 mph and twice the legal limit could argued as a intent based upon the total disregard for life.

Murder DUI States have blurred the lines and the game has been changed...arguing that everyone now knows you don't drink and high drive and that imbibing with intent to drive...is enough. changed

No longer the defense of, I didn't mean to plow over that family in my land rover after drinking 5 bottles of Cristal. The intent was getting in that car, not what your high arse did while in it.
