The problem with that is that the back and forth can go down to the day the kid picks. Pretty good source said he is asking for 600K per year last week. LSU had put a package together to meet that but TX upped the number. At some point its diminished return. I felt really good about him being a Tiger until Monday. Texas has decided that they aren't letting him leave the state no matter the cost.

So no one knows shite, but your “pretty good source” knows the specifics of NIL negotiations and how each party involved responded.
