So you are implying it’s because Texas threw more money at him? To me that’s insane ! If I was a top athlete and the school I wanted to attend offered me 300k but another school offered me 500k that would not deter me . Maybe I’m just looking at it wrong , but he is going to be rich no matter what. So why pick a school that would be your second choice? Texas hasn’t won squat since Vince Young was there. Surely that has to factor in some capacity?

That’s bold to say that you would take 300k over 500k. You’ll never be in that position and neither will I so who knows
