I had mine earlier this summer a few days after getting over the worst of a nasty cold. When I mentioned it to the NA, she said, oh you will be fine, unless you have a laryngeal spasm. Which I tend to have with post-nasal drip which I had more than enough of at the time. Still, it was a refreshing sleep, but didn't wake up high. Probably could have driven myself home.
